The Roc Illetas Playa is ideally placed within a large subtropical garden in a very quiet residential area close to the beach, just a short distance away from the city of Palma. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind and stands on the rocks with direct access to two beaches overlooking the Bay of Palma. There is a frequent bus service directly outside the complex.

The rooms in the hotel all have a private bathroom, direct dial telephone, balcony or terrace and air conditioning. The apartment buildings offer accommodation of studios and 1 bedroom apartments, all with a bathroom, terrace/balcony and a kitchenette. In addition the studios have telephones and air conditioning.
